Project 365: February 28, 2013

My prompt today was “upside down”. It took quite a long time to get exactly what I wanted. I started with some pretty predictable shots, but didn’t feel quite right about it. Next, I put the camera on the ground, facing the ceiling, and held the baby over the camera (this is not for the faint of heart with a drooling baby!). It took several tries to get the right settings and, since our apartment has horrible lighting, I *gasp* had to use my flash. I hate the flash and avoid it at all costs, but it was a necessity today. The last picture I included is the exact type of photo I had hoped to capture; I’m so mad it’s not in focus!
